We will email you more information within 24 hours. Included will be a digital copy (PDF format) of the 2024-’25 USPAP Update Course Student Manual which you will be referring to throughout the course.
You must also have the 2024 edition of USPAP as well as the 2024-’25 USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual (USPAP GRM). You should obtain copies of these two publications directly from The Appraisal Foundation store.
The email you will receive will also include login credentials to access the course presentation. The URL https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82211518331?pwd=cFFvNVBHOFdKMWJrNTVoZ2RHcmZjUT09 is used to view and connect to the live online Zoom presentation. The email will also provide you with a phone number and conference access code if you need to make use of a telephone to connect your audio. But you will also be able to use a headset connected to your computer (or your computer’s built-in mic) to communicate with the group via the Internet. We suggest that you make use of a headset with mic for best audio quality.
After the course, we will send you your course completion certificate as well as the Student Answers to the case studies which you can review.
