Attending USPAP Only

2-Day, Personal Property Version of the 15-Hour National USPAP Course

As attendance in the 6-day Appraisal course allows, we will accept students who wish to attend only the 15-hour, two-day, personal property version of the National USPAP portion (Part II) of the course. Cost is $320 plus USPAP manual and student manual.

This personal-property-centric 15-hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course is designed to aid personal property appraisers seeking competency in USPAP. The course fulfills the 15-hour requirements of all personal property appraisal societies for designation and for USPAP continuing education. Note that real estate appraisers are required to take a separate USPAP update course taught from a real estate perspective. This course includes a 50-question, multiple choice final exam. Should a student require retesting, Appraisal Course Associates has estabilshed a USPAP Exam Retake Program.
