Attending USPAP Only
2-Day, 15-Hour National USPAP Course
As attendance in the 6-day Appraisal course allows, we will accept students who wish to attend only the 15-hour, two-day National USPAP portion (Part II) of the course. Cost is $295 plus text books. The National USPAP Course will be taught:

This personal-property-centric 15-hour National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course is designed to aid personal property appraisers seeking competency in USPAP. The course fulfills the 15-hour requirements of all personal property appraisal societies for designation and for USPAP continuing education. Note that real estate appraisers are required to take a separate USPAP update course taught from a real estate perspective. This course includes a 50-question, multiple choice final exam. Should a student require retesting, Appraisal Course Associates has estabilshed a USPAP Exam Retake Program. 1-Day, 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course
For those students already having taken the 15-Hour National USPAP Course, we are pleased to offer the 7-hr National USPAP Update Course. Cost is $225 plus text books. This course does not require testing. The one-day Update course will be presented:
