This
personal-property-centric 15-hour National Uniform Standards
of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course is designed
to aid personal property appraisers seeking competency in
USPAP. The course fulfills the 15-hour requirements of all
personal property appraisal societies for designation and
for USPAP continuing education. Note that real estate appraisers
are required to take a separate USPAP update course taught
from a real estate perspective. This course includes a 50-question,
multiple choice final exam. Should a student require retesting,
