Registration for the 2-day, 15-hr National USPAP Course

There are two Methods to Register for the 2-day USPAP-only course:

Method 1: Print and complete this registration form. Mail it along with your payment to

As an option, you may mail in the above form and pay online using PayPal. (Note that you can make PayPal payments even if you do not have a PayPal account. In addition to a PayPal account balance, you can pay using debit cards, bank transfers and credit cards including VISA, MASERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, ECHECK, PAYPAL.)

Method 2: Complete this online registration form and pay online using PayPal.


The fees for this course must be paid in full at time of registration. Payment is to be in USD and is payable either by check or money order made out to Appraisal Course Associates or by charge card via PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration and payment are received and processed.

Note: Students are required to bring two books with them to this course, including:

  • Current (2008-2009) version of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (The Appraisal Foundation). Click here to order directly from The Appraisal Foundation.
  • Current (2008-2009) personal property version of the 15-Hour National USPAP Course Student Manual (The Appraisal Foundation). This book is included in the cost or your course registration. We will mail this book to you upon registration.

Remember, the above two books must be obtained by you and brought with you to class. Register well enough in advance to ensure that you have time to order and receive the required text books.

The ACA has now established a USPAP Exam Retake Program (ERP) for all appraisers who have the need to retake the 15-hour National USPAP Course exam. The ERP is also open to real estate appraises who have already attended a 15-hour National USPAP Course taught by an AQB Real Property Certified National USPAP Course Instructor. read more
