The fee for this course is $325 plus text books. Fees be paid in full at time of registration. Payment is to be in USD and is payable either by check or money order made out to Appraisal Course Associates or by charge card via PayPal. A confirmation email will be sent to you once we have met our minimize class size. Please do not purchase non-refundable transportation tickets until such time as you receive the confirmation email from us.

Note: Students are required to bring two books with them to this course, including:

  • 2010-2011 version of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Order your copy online directly from The Appraisal Foundation.
  • 2010-2011 personal property version of the 15-Hour National USPAP Course Student Manual. Order online.

Remember, the above two books must be obtained by you and brought with you to class. Register well enough in advance to ensure that you have time to order and receive the required text books.
