Schedules for Appraisal and for USPAP Courses


Please note that class size is limited, so be sure to register early. Classes normally run from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. with hourly breaks and lunch around noon. These are intense courses and may require evening reading assignments.

 6-Day Appraising Personal Property: A Core Course in Valuation Studies Featuring USPAP ($900 plus text books)

(The 4-day Part I of this course which covers principles and methodology is normally taught in conjunction with the 2-day Part II which covers USPAP. However, if space is available, we will accept students desiring to take only Part I. Contact us if you are interested in taking only Part I. The cost is $725 plus text book.)

The ACA has now established a USPAP Exam Retake Program (ERP) for all appraisers who have the need to retake the 15-hour National USPAP Course exam. The ERP is also open to real estate appraises who have already attended a 15-hour National USPAP Course taught by an AQB Real Property Certified National USPAP Course Instructor. read more
