CM teaches the principles and
methodology of personal property appraising including
terminology, valuation theory, governmental regulations,
ethical and appraisal report writing standards, sample
appraisal wording and much more including the day-to-day
details of running an appraisal practice.
Part 2 of the curriculum is taught on

Uniform
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
Course which is taught by AQB Certified USPAP
Instructor, Bill Novotny, ISA AM, GCA. This two-day course is
uniquely focused on personal property and is highlighted
with many examples from personal property appraisal

this couse is not suitable for real property appraisers.)
The
course
focuses
on
the
requirements
for ethical
behavior and competent performance by appraisers as
set forth in USPAP. The course material emphasizes
the role of the appraiser and the impartiality and
independence that is required of them. This class

appraisal standard for appraisers.
